From Loro, ascend in the direction of Poggio di Loro and San Clemente in Valle. At thejunction, bear right for San Clemente, as far as the next cross-roads. Leave to the left this road, and continue right, towards Trevane (altitude: 620 m), which rises above the junction that, on the left, goes to the Castle of La Trappola.
Trevane is a small village of stone houses that surround the little chapel of Sant’Jacopoa Treivana, as a document of 1526 puts it. Oriented Romanesque in style, at present its design is rectangular. However, recent restorations have brought to light a previous intervention, which was probably carried out when the semi-circular apse collapsed. On that occasion, it was buffered, leaving visible, however – with the recent removal of the plaster – the corners as far as the height of the setting of the arch of the bowl-shaped vault. In Trevane there is a food shop.

The visit takes 45 minutes.
